These Terms of Service outline the conditions under which Mop & Save Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Calgary, Alberta.
We offer standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and add-on services such as oven cleaning, fridge cleaning, windows (inside), blinds, and more.

Price estimates are based on the information you provide (home size, number of rooms, condition).
If the actual condition of the home differs significantly, we may adjust the price before starting the service.
Clients must provide accurate access instructions for the property.
If we arrive and cannot enter, a cancellation fee may apply (see Cancellation Policy).
Our cleaners do not move large furniture, handle hazardous materials, or clean areas that are unsafe.
We may decline tasks that pose safety risks.
Payments are due at the completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept e-transfer, cash, or online invoicing.
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, contact us within 24 hours.
We will arrange a free re-clean of the disputed area.
