We understand plans may change. To keep our scheduling fair for both clients and cleaners, we use the following policy.
1. Cancellations
We understand that plans can change.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment are free of charge.
- Cancellations made under 24 hours may be subject to a $40 late cancellation fee, which is fully applied as a credit toward your next cleaning if you choose to reschedule.
- If our cleaner arrives at your home and cannot enter (no answer at the door, incorrect instructions, or key issues), we will try to contact you and wait up to 10 minutes.
If access is still not possible, a $40 trip fee may apply to cover travel and time — and this fee can also be used as a credit on your next appointment.
2. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is free if requested 24 hours or more before the appointment.
3. Refunds
If you prepaid for a service and wish to cancel:
- Full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment
- No refund for same-day cancellations
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If something was missed or you are unhappy with the service, contact us within 24 hours.
We will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.
